- Oversee the production process, inspect quality before shipping, and check labeling
- Must supervise and work with Production Managers to make overall improvements to plant such as the HVAC system
- Manage day to day activities of the quality control laboratories in the facility and provide assistance for performing a wide variety of laboratory tasks and experiments
- Manage material resources in a cost efficient manner to include their proper utilization and maintenance
- Review inspection tasks and ensure tasks are being completed at the established frequency, conducted properly, and results are responded to appropriately.
- Must be an effective communicator with different departments within a plant

- Experience working for a food, pharmaceutical, or any relevant company
- Must possess great leadership skills
- Must be fluent in Korean
