•Achieve quarterly sales targets
•Work with the Area Sales Director to develop a sales plan for the local territory
•Build surgical advocacy teams at each hospital
•Develop initial contact and relationship with CEO and senior hospital administrators
•Organize and manage the sales process
•Develop expert level knowledge of primary OR procedures
•Make business case for system purchase
•Resolve contractual issues and coordinate system installation upon purchase approval
•Handle all communications and administrative follow-up

•5년 이상의 고액 의료 장비 경험 우대
•병원 시스템(수술시스템 포함)에 대한 우수한 이해력
•우수한 고객사 및 대인관계 형성 능력
•해외 출장 및 국내 출장 가능자
•컴퓨터 스킬 우수
•우수한 영어 커뮤니케이션 스킬

•5+ years’ relevant experience in capital sales (medical device industry preferred)
•Strong background in selling medical capital equipment
•Sales management experience
•Knowledge of the operating room environment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to travel extensively
•Computer literate
