- Plan and Conduct all Human Resources policies, programs and practices.
- Develop and administer HR programs, procedures, and guidelines.
- Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies and objectives with regard to employee relations.
- Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws.
- Lead the development of compensation and benefit programs.
- Directs the preparation of information required for compliance with laws.
- Protects the interests of employee and the company in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws and regulations.
경력 및 자격요건
- Fluent level of Japanese (MUST)
- Min.7 years of HR experience gained from sizable multi-cultural environments.
- Experience in the IT industry would be an advantage.
- Able to execute and work independently and effectively under deadlines
- Proactive, hard-working, team player with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
- Enjoy working a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
