3. Ensure that there is a proactive approach across client's identifying and effectively managing risks including the protection of company secrets, trade marks, financial information and other intellectual property.
4. Establish organisation objectives, policies and activities and, if appropriate, set standards and targets to ensure that agreed deliverables and timeframes are achieved.
5. Analyse economic, social, technical, legal and other data or trends and provide proactive management guidance
경력 및 자격요건
1.기업체에서 COO (Operation) 업무를 담당한 경력자 선호
2. Fluent in English
2. Substantial senior management experience (ideally in the employment services or closely related industry) both in an operational and strategic capacity
3. A successful track record in significant business development and service design
4. A successful track record in leading and managing a growing operation or major service oriented activity
5. Experience in interacting with government officials with high credibility and a track record of success and reputation for service quality
