- Annual and three year planning
- Establish leasing strategy based on store productivity, competitor sales, and trends
- Establish action plan based on sales budget, margin, store size, concept, floor, and
store environment
- Using feedbacks from partners, proceed scheduled projects and action plans to
meet the schedule
- Prevent any possible problems can be occurred during the project
- Keep updated competitor information and trends

- Minimum 7 years in retail/luxury industry
- Experience in Retail/Lease in multi-national company
