• Leading short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and business models
• Developing and implementing effective strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process
• Proposing new business opportunities and analyzing feasibility of new business
• Working closely with affiliates in the US to support their current business activities
• Providing professional service with networking and communication to 3rd parties (attorneys, law firms, business consulting agencies, etc.)

- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with results driven
- 5 + years of professional experience (in new business development is preferred)
- Proficiency with MS office
- Minimum B.S. degree in business administration, MBA preferred
- Bilingual highly preferred
