Deliver annual sales and future specification targets by developing and executing the key account(construction companies) business plans.
- Map potential key accounts, aligned with targe residential segments
- Identify opportunities & barriers of key accounts and implement the focused plan to win over competition
- Work out proposals and detailed package to position the company offerings in a best in class in industry.
- Initiate various programs to strengthen the relationship with key accounts tied with other functions
- Adhered to the agreed visit frequency to the key accounts and track projects through to ensure agreed sales achievement and establish, maintain and develop long-term structural partnership with target key accounts
- Develop effective partnerships to be regarded as key supplier and engine for profitable growth.
- Fully own the annual agreement negotiation process with key accounts
경력 및 자격요건
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related major
- University Level background preferred
- A proven track record professional experience in Key Account Management(construction companies) ideally combined with bathroom products
- Tenacious approach along with a self motivated attitude and ability to perform well under pressure and deliver results
- Proactive and out-of-box thinking attitude
- Fluency in English with verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- Successful front line customer negotiation experience and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation skills to small or large audience
