- Create the retail strategy including expansion plans of o/o stores. Structure and
manage the team to follow this strategy in achieving Retail objectives.
- Drive retail standards: Elevate retail design details and quality of execution, refine
space planning and zoning strategies to drive better store presentation. Explore new
ways to create consumer excitement, through floor layouts, façade and impactful
initiative zones.
- Formulate retail marketing strategy to enhance brand presentation at retail. Use retail
as a platform to communicate brand values and product stories to consumers.
- Develop and manage a commercially successful retail calendar and other relevant
plans that drive store productivity and profitability.
- Set and manage retail budget and KPI’s at country level ensuring budgeted profitability
and standards are achieved.

(VMD, Interior, 직영점 관리)
- Interior+ VM 경력자 지원 가능
