1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (or Masters Degree)
2. Over 2 years of job related experiences
3. Knowledge of Marketing, Statistics, or Finance
4. Excellent in planning and organizing skills
5. Leadership and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to effectively interact and communicate
7. Excellent in English (written and oral)
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office
