1. Synthesize, purify and characterize OLED Materials according to customer’s requests
2. Provide technical support (additional sampling, chemical characterization) to the customers timely and accurately to maximize the customer satisfaction
3. Provide technical support in organic synthesis to junior application development engineers
4. Review and analyze literature patent
5. Collaborate with the OLED R&D organization in Germany
6. Support and act as delegate of OLED Application Development Manager

1. At least Master’s degree in organic chemistry, PhD in the related preferred
2. 5 years experience in the related field
3. Solid knowledge and experience in synthetic organic chemistry, combined with excellent preparative skills
4. Profound knowledge in standard analytical methods and their interpretation(HPLC, MS, GC, NMR, DSC, TGA, ICP-MS,…)
5. Comprehensive knowledge of OLED materials, related industry and market trends
6. Fluent in English
