1. Total system level trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems
2. Establishing and maintaining a highly responsive relationship and effective communication with customers, sales reps and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Driving business result by making service contract, frequent preventive maintenance visit to boost up selling consumables.
4. Close co-working with product managers, sales organization and distributors.
5. Maintain high level of technical and application competence.
6. Installs, Operates, repairs, validation and modifies complex, technical equipment with minimal supervision.
7. Make documentation service related with the qualification and accreditation of instruments
8. Maintain the optimum level of all spare parts, working closely with product managers.
9. Work reviewed for overall adequacy and accuracy.
10. Complaint and claim management.
경력 및 자격요건
1. BA in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience. ( Prefer Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering) or Above.
2. Entry level or 3 years Field Services experience in Bio science or Medical field.(Previous lab experience preferred)
3. Having a good external communication skill and fully understanding available for giving correct information both distributor and customers.
4. Proficiency in spoken&written of English/Korean.
5. Driving license, good computer skills preferred.
