• Leading and inspiring the sales team in the development and achievement of the sales targets.
• Train and develop the sales team to ensure they maximise every sales opportunity.
• Ownership and accountability for budgeted sales revenues and costs, forecasting and reporting requirements.
• Frequently analyse and report individual sales status-quo and interact with sales team member for performance improvement where necessary.
• Measure and monitor sales, customer, competitor and market activity.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, delivering short and long term growth and profitability.
• Optimize quotation procedure.
• Proactively drive recruiting of high potential sales professionals.
• Contact person for key account customers.

• Manage the lines of communication internally and externally.

경력 및 자격요건
• A proven background at this level and in direct sales activities within the machine tool industry or related environment, preferably CNC machine related background.
• Evidence of taking businesses into new profitable markets successfully.
• Strong sales leadership skills with a flair for developing technical sales teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the gravitas to represent the company externally.
• Possesses an understanding of European and Korean business culture.
• Degree educated, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent English language skills, both in writing and verbally.
• No limitation of age, But not too much old.
