1) Product category management incl supplier performance evaluations and day to day management.
2) Planning and executing longer term supply strategies.
3) Conduct cost reduction/avoidance initiatives with suppliers and other internal departments.
4) Lead and manage (annual) pricing negotiation and/or longterm pricing protocol with suppliers.
5) New supplier/product development to meet customers' needs.
6) Logistics supports to execute company wide promotional activities. (Inventory management, etc.)
7) Participate actively in various cross functional projects in the Company.
8) Leadership - People development and coaching.
경력 및 자격요건
1) minimum 5 yrs of experence in supply management or 7 yrs on related ares in food/restaurant industry
2) excellent negotiation skill required
3) cross-functional team experience with manufacturing, finance, logistics and/or marketing
4) good knowledge on food safety and regulatory compliance including importation process
5) excellent knowledge of supply chain logistics and distribution
6) people management skill
