Primary Duties
o Conceives and implements marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
o Track menu policy implementation and changes
o Track and process menu board needs and follow-up
o Manage the testing and menu ideation process
o Manage Ad fund / market building funds / disbursement
o Sales collection and analysis, standard reporting and specific reporting needs
o Maintain FSC and B-50 sales reporting tools
o Maintain competitive info reports from the field
o Co-Op support for Korea and SE Asia
o Maintain all department directories
o Maintain department schedule
o Process expense reports for field
o Prepares detailed creative briefs and segmentation plans for each campaign.
o Performs project management for the development of marketing campaigns from design through production in accordance with budgeted expense.
o Acts as liaison with Creative, Telesales and Database departments to ensure successful campaign execution.
o Monitors and reports on campaign results.
o Suggests new creative approaches and tests to continually improve results.
o Participates in annual budgeting process.
o Assists with customer analysis and product development efforts.
o Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
경력 및 자격요건
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related discipline.
o Minimum 3 years marketing experience.
o Strong understanding of database and direct marketing principles.
o Excellent project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
o Hands-on experience overseeing creative execution of marketing campaigns.
o Strong copywriting/editing skills and a creative “eye” preferred.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
