- Developing new packages or improving existing packages in compliance with the company’s guidelines while conveying the company’s image and vision.
- Identifying and addressing consumer needs and preferences, being involved in company-related research.
- Working closely with the production, manufacturing, and supply chain team to make sure packaging programs reach completion on time and on budget.
- Working with the marketing team to characterize packaging requirements and to effectively interpret those ideas into a practical design.
- Always taking into account the structural design, the functions, the materials to be used, the cost effectiveness, the market trend, and the company’s image and goal.

- B.A. Degree in Graphics Design, or related Majors
- 8+ years experience in packaging and graphic design
- Extensive Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator, 3D knowledge a plus
- IT & Consumer electronics experience for packaging and graphic design desired
