3.Describe his Role, Responsibilities at LXK:
•Establish marketing strategy (short term & long term) for Korea under support by country group head.
•Market survey and under the guidance of global and region marketing strategy for BU PBR
•Setup and follow up sales policies and sales activities based on marketing strategy.
•Managing the staffs of customer service to achieve sales target of responsible BU’s by proper sales activities and material approval work for major accounts in Korea.
•Registration and development of our company BU PBR products for usage at various customers
•Managing various kinds of internal and external marketing and sales database update.

1. Specify Requirements:

a. Education
Major in Chemistry/Chemical engineering/Polymer engineering/Business administration preferred
b. Experience
Min. 7 to 8 years experience marketing and sales in relevant industry
c.Skill
Good at MS office, Fluent English
d.Age
35+- (maximum 40)
e. Working experience in the area of polymers (mainly Synthetic Rubber). Excellent communication and PC skills are required. High level of self motivation and personal communication skills are required. Proficient in spoken and written English required
