•Provides services scoping effort estimation for Account Teams
•Provides services scoping effort estimation for RFI’s and RFP’s
•Supports scoping for services where 3rd parties are engaged as sub-contractors on-sold to company
•Provides consistency in quoting and usage of Services Quoting tools
•Creates templates and collateral for common services in the Korea market that can be used by Account teams and Solutions Principals
•Provides quality assurance on services quotes produced by Account teams and Solutions Principals via the EDGE application.
•Works closely with Account Technical Consultants and Sales rep to provide improved pricing accuracy through supporting accurate Work Breakdown Structure documentation
•The Technology Consultants Analyst engage with Presales to achieve a high level of quality assurance between the sales cycle closure and delivery engagement

Responsibilities
•Assisting with the scoping and pricing of the services component for a quotation based on the Global Business Service Team estimation Process Flow
•Assisting with the scoping and pricing of the services component for all custom based services
•Gain an understanding of EMC’s core hardware and software solutions (Existing knowledge preferred)
•Be a product champion in Korea for the EDGE tool
•Keep Global Business Service Team Manager apprised of activities
•Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advances as they apply to the solution portfolio
•Technical Drawings which provide centralized support in creating configuration and technical diagram drawing in Visio or PowerPoint.
•Technical Helpdesk for sales and presales.
•Storage performance and TCO analysis
•Storage Sizing and Power calculate
