- Manage and grow all sales channels within your responsibility, including distributors, retailers and any other partners; increase the depth of each channel significantly.
- Know the company product line thoroughly at all times; know how to strategically sell a premium product line.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to ensure partners and retailers all work together to achieve the company’s strategy.
- Interface with all levels of management, as well as effectively conduct presentations to both customers and management.
- Forecast, analyze, and implement all sales and marketing efforts, as well as all channel demand forecasts.
- Any other sales related tasks assigned.
경력 및 자격요건
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of direct account sales and experience in the technology or consumer electronics field, especially to major retailers and premium channels selling technology related accessories.
- Track record of consistently meeting all sales goals in the consumer electronics and accessories markets.
- Experience in distribution of consumer electronics to channels
- Solid relationships with major national accounts buyers preferred.
- Experience in managing and developing direct sales channels.
- English Fluent level
- Good education & communication Skill
