- MBA preferred / Senior Manager level
- Previous employment in accounting firms, venture capital firms (M&A advisory experience preferred)
- Experience managing global alliances, partnership management, and closing contracts with alliance partners
- Prior work experience in global consulting firms
- 3 years in related fields
- Good understanding of financial modeling and analysis
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Good Communication Skills
- Outgoing Personality
