- Oversee warehouse operations (pick/pack, inventory, security, etc.), including inventory maintenance.
- Oversee facilities (equipment and building maintenance)
- Oversee drivers, staff and staff responsibilities, including delivery schedules and priorities.
- Oversee and participates in returns process (inventory movement) and carrier claims.
- Oversee Warehouse safety and staff performance.
- Vendor negotiations (carrier rates, shipping supplies)
- Prepare daily activities report for management.
- Review open orders for issues.
- Review new orders and prioritize orders for immediate processing for daily deliveries.
- Follow up with Returns and Customer Service Dept for issues and assist to resolve problems.

- 10+ years warehouse experience
- 5+ years managing experience
- College degree preferred / high school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven knowledge of general warehousing management procedures and OSHA safety requirements
- Experience operating various warehouse equipment and various forklifts
- Certification to train warehouse personnel on warehouse equipment, i.e. forklift, hi-lo, etc.
- SAP experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Skilled communicator with the ability to provide training and direction for team members
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
