- Create great catalogs, ads and sell sheet designs and artwork by following the company's design guideline and schedule.
- Based on analysis / research of competitor's, keep improving our design standards for all printed and advertising materials
- Manage quality control process for the following areas of detail: Photo retouching, translation requests, paper stocks, varnishes/coatings, registration, color correction, trimming/finishing, color reviews, typography and consistency
and working with outside printing vendors
- Provide guidance on the above topics to other designers, Products Managers, and suppliers.

Promotional materials/ Sales support
- By following marketing team's, salesmen's and top management's request, create promotional materials like POP, PDQ, and others.

Brand
- By following the upper management's request, research & create brands, product ideation and graphic solutions.

- 5+ years experience (Package design experience would be a plus. )
- Expert of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign) and Microsoft Office programs. Any 3D, Dreamweaver or Flash knowledge also a plus.
- Must work well in a deadline-driven, team environment as well as have a positive attitude.
