Mission Statement:
Financial Analysis on Country level coordinates and consolidates KPI’s from Divisions for target follow up to support CFO in budget and strategy target achievement.
Main Responsibilities:
Main focus
•Cost controlling: focus on SGA development
•Net Working Capital: support country wide NWC improvement programs
•Result Analysis and Presentation
•Strategy implementation support – Financial Planning
Further involvement
•Budgeting and forecasting
•Demand order estimate reporting
•Development and maintenance of result cockpit
•Support controllers in various ad hoc request
•Setup and organize Controllers meeting
•Administrative support to CFO
경력 및 자격요건
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
•Profound accounting and reporting skills
•Assurance (SOX) skills preferred
•Working knowledge of finance and accounting software, preferably SAP
•Good Controlling and risk management skills
•Detail-oriented team player with the ability to effectively adhere to strict deadlines
•Windows suite, strong use of Excel and Power Point
•Fluent in Korean and English
Minimum education / experience requirement:
•Bachelor degree in finance or economics, or equivalent
•3 years of accounting and/or controlling experience
