• Perform customer-site installation and acceptance testing of newly delivered systems
• Perform customer-site retrofit for previously installed systems
• Conduct site surveys, pre-installation, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance, training and hand-off of products
• Serve as customer contact on Technical and Service-related matters

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Servicing or installing semicon capital equipment
• High level of technical and troubleshooting skills
• Extensive overseas travel (More than 50%)
