•Take charge of the daily PC&L(Production Control & Logistics) activities, including production and material planning, warehousing and logistics.
•Organize weekly, monthly planning parameters review & activity inside PC&L and with other functional departments.
•Lead monthly MPS review with joint functions. .
•Monitor daily operation and tackle all unplanned issues timely, or report to management for resolution.
•Train and coach subordinates to work as a team and grow.
•Communicate with Local & Japan partner.

•Over 10 years relevant PC&L(Production Control & Logistics) experience.
•Logistics experience is more focused.
•University Graduate or above.
•Good command of English and PC Kill
•Relevant certificated is preferred. (Logistics, SCM)
