• Leads all aspects of the execution of assigned programs and customers and is responsible for maintain strong and consistent program performance for customers in Korea for Defense&Space and aftermarket business

• 8 -15 years of previous business experience, including but not limited to business management, engineering, sales, operations, finance, contracts, customer support
• Knowledge of functional and business principles, ability to assess capacity and optimize overall business performance with ISC, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Contracts and Customer & Product Support
• Proven track record of effective customer management and interface
• Working knowledge of business and financial fundamentals (Profit & Loss, Investment Analysis, Balance Sheet, Green Sheets)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Green or Black belt certification
