• Ensure the good relationship between the company and its customer concerning quality matter, monitor the quality of the product (after it has been shipped to the customer) within the time the product is guaranteed.
• Leading APQP developing with cross-function team.
• Conduct & follow up customer homologation and other requested issues.
• Initiative contact customer for customer quality voice and customer view of our quality performance.
• Ensures financial follow up of warranty costs.
경력 및 자격요건
• B.S in engineering related
• Over 4 years in Quality Engineer in automotive industry (preferred engine)
• Experience within automotive on customer interface
• Technical skill :TS16949, 8D and APQP relevant tools application
• Good in English
