• 플랜트 설계, 영업, 용역, 물품, 건설 계약 관리 담당
• Contract types and duties include:
- Sales contracts
- Software licenses
- NDA, CA, Proprietary Information Exchange Agreements, and so on
- Reviewing the contract terms and conditions proposed by other party
- Reviewing RFP's and similar documents
- Developing alternate language and negotiating acceptable terms
- Participating in contract review and approval processes
경력 및 자격요건
-. 법학 전공자, 영어 능통자
-. EPC업체 혹은 Plant 업체 해외 계약 검토 경력 3~5년차
-. 미국 변호사 소지자 우대
