- Plays a role as a contract expert in the deal process
- Review of Contractual Documents (RFP, Proposal, Contract, Statement of Work and other documents)
- Provision of advice and alternatives for the issues during negotiation
- Contract draft (when required)
- Negotiation support from legal, process, financial and business perspective
- Control over and management of the whole deal process
- Communication with Deal Maker / Client Executive
- Reports to local CM lead

- 최소 6년 이상의 IT업계 경력자
- 기본적인 법률 및 IT 지식
- 영어 능통자
