Our Display Enhancements supports the display industry by providing optical adhesives and bonding services to enhance display performance. This is a very fast paced and dynamic industry requiring novel adhesive materials and bonding processes to address evolving and expanding market requirements. The business is looking to for an experienced, highly motivated engineer to provide technical support of sales pre-agreement and first line customer support post-agreement. This role also includes assisting in the development of new materials and process technology to address a range of existing and new applications. This role is responsible for providing first line technical support to our licensees, adhesive and bonding customers. This includes working in partnership with the sales team providing technical support to advance the sales process, providing training and technical support for existing customers and organizing and conducting the technology transfer for new licensees.
경력 및 자격요건
Education:
•MS in Chemistry or Chemical engineering preferred but not required. Any engineering degree acceptable depending on work experience.
Experience Required:
•Must have 5~7 years experience as an engineer
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Experience in providing hands on customer and sales technical support
•Demonstrated effectiveness working with large customers
•Experience in Flat Panel Display industries highly desirable
•Demonstrated problems solving/trouble shooting skills
•Ability to quickly come up to speed and contribute to a new program
•Creativity and innovation in developing solutions to customer process problems
•Demonstrated excellence and professionalism in managing interactions with customers and external business partners
•Strong oral, written communications skills and demonstrated effectiveness with communications in English
•Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
