1. General aims and objectives
The sales manager is responsible for the sales activity to the customers of the Business team. He has disciplinary and functional responsibilities for his sales team and staff if any. Together with his staff, he independently improves and develops formulations, consults customers in the best use of our products and cooperates with R&D in the improvement and development of products. In cooperation with the technical manager, the sales manager is responsible for the product portfolio within a specific region following the guidelines of the Business Unit. The sales manager is responsible for the safety and the quality according to our guidelines and certificates.

Sales activity for
(1) Personal care and Chemical Industries, Silica
(2) Nutrition of Biosolutions
경력 및 자격요건
->3 years experience in Personal care and Chemical Industries related industry (especially, experience as a cosmetic formulator in Personal care highly preferred)
- good English skills in reading and writing
- age 31-35 (preferred)
- chemical background and education
- sales and marketing experience
