The Sales Manager is responsible for the complete sales process
* developing Customer relationship as per our company guidelines & policy
* Identification of opportunities in early stage,
* Screening of opportunities,
* understanding customer requirements and providing solutions, tendering & bidding process,
* Customer presentations,
* Handling negotiation, order closing and handing over to execution team in line with our company policy, processes and guidelines.
* Deliver market intelligence and product requirements
* Plan, execute and support any necessary marketing activity to meet with agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with the other marketing activities such as product launches, promotions and exhibitions
경력 및 자격요건
* Sales experience in power plant DCS technologies is a must.
* Knowledge of power plant controls is a must.
* Knowledge of Power Generation process is a plus
* Strong knowledge of EPCs in Korea and understanding of EPC project process is a must
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and in synchronization with other our company units outside Korea are required.
* Self starter with high energy level and “fire in the belly” to succeed in lines with our company policies & guidelines.
* Strong communication and Presentation Skill
* Demonstrated ability to succeed in a matrix organization environment.
* Creative solution and problem solving skills
