* Act as the main information source for our partner agencies as well as all media
* Develop relationships with key media & individuals and partner agencies
* Cultivate & maximize positive media coverage of our company
* Manage the complete media process (briefing, planning, budgeting, negotiations, leadership, etc.)
* Construct & execute PR plans & programs, including material and position statements
* Conduct extensive market, consumer, and competitor research, and research to find new opportunities
* Create strategy & company story, ensuring company-wide dissemination to smartly inform product development
* Organize events as needed
* Provide strong messaging company-wide that lead to positive media exposure

* Minimum 5 years public relations related work experience
* Experienced in communicating with digital and web-based technology
* Ability to manage a heavy volume of media relations and public relation activities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Enjoys a start-up environment
* Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle uncertainties
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field of study
* Ability to manage and motivate others
* Experience with social media and/or strong knowledge in the gaming industry is a plus
* Deep understanding of mobile trends is a strong plus
