* Professional delivery of workplace services including building operations, reception, mail, health and safety, site security, and office management
* Procurement of office supplies and equipment
* Set up email accounts and troubleshoot issues as they arise, install, modify and make minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems, and provide minor technical advice and support to system users

* Manage new hire orientation, interface with our benefit and payroll provider, and work directly with our attorney regarding immigration issues
* Maintain all personnel files in accordance with local law and company regulations
* Complete background checks, complete I-9 verifications and updates, and maintain all compliance posters
* Assist termination processing and performance

* Minimum 2 years basic HR administration experience
* Able to perform detail-oriented work consistently and thoroughly
* Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple tasks and keep deadlines with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft -Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
* Enjoys a start-up environment
* Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle uncertainties
* Bachelor's Degree
* Strong computer skills; familiar with Mac OS X settings is a strong plus
* 1-2 years experience with facilities management is a strong plus
