*Develop and implement a winning recruiting/talent acquisition strategy for the company
* Formulate an annual recruiting budget
* Develop relationships with key agencies & individuals
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers
* Publically present our job openings at events and other recruiting opportunities
* Handle daily evaluation of applicants, and manage a recruiting process that works well for both applicants and hiring managers
경력 및 자격요건
* Minimum 3 years recruiting related work experience
* Demonstrated success in recruiting in a highly aggressive and competitive market
* Exceptional, outgoing interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and teamwork skills, and flexibility to handle uncertainties
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
* Ability to evaluate & motivate both BA and BS candidates
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Enjoys a start-up environment
* Bachelor's Degree
* Engineering work experience is a strong plus
* Experience with social media and/or strong knowledge in the gaming industry is a strong plus
* Deep understanding of mobile trends is a strong plus
