Sales Executive Officer
Some of the main duties and responsibilities of the person to be appointed for this position should be:
- Open new accounts and build a new clientele base.
- Following up on leads for prospective clients.
- Customer retention and relationship management.
- Handling new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients and effectively retaining existing clients.
- Verifying client information and informing clients regarding account opening procedures and documentation requirements.
- Training clients for using the Company's trading system.
- Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephones and emails.
