- Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of our Products in customer fabrication facilities
- Makes presentations on all aspects of products
- Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications
- Implements detailed customer support plans
- Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications
- Need to response to routine requests from customers
- Lead large, Apps projects including negotiating for resources (e.g. On-site product evaluations, H2H, PLC, alpha characterization, beta testing, and gap analysis)
- Is expected to improve customer relations, understand customer needs, and solves moderately complex problems
- Need to go on-site at customer fabrication facilities to troubleshoot mission-critical issues and provides training
- Mentor other apps engineers
