1) Requirement capture
a.Customer requirement capture
b.Communicate customer priorities to Company
c.Provide training on Company products
d.Provide customer with localised technical support.
e.Support the establishment of product specification documents and customer drawings.
f.Support meetings between Company and the customer (including conference calls).
2) Problem resolution
a.Manage communication of customer issue list and subsequent responses
b.Initial engineering response to queries / issues found by the customer
c.Support fault finding work, in cooperation with the customer
d.Product returns handling
3) Engine calibration activities
a. Active involvement of local calibration tasks
경력 및 자격요건
- Degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or related discipline
- Able to travel to Europe to support customer and internal meetings and training
- Language, Korean (Native) and English (business level)
- Self-motivated and pro-active individual
- Working experience of engines
- General IT skills, such as MS office applications
- Ability to understand system control strategies
- Sensitive to company objectives from both a Company perspective and a customer perspective
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Functional understanding of automotive calibration tools and process (Preferred)
- Deari ~ Kwajang level
