• Involving nonconformity issues associated with production line
• Encourage all employees in production team to go one better for team’s objective
• Work and cooperate together closely with support department on problem solving
• Sustaining Honeywell Operating System and driving gold maturity

• B.S. Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing Plant(Automotive Industry is preferable)
• Previous in experience indirect supervision of production employees required
• Strong at self-learning and motivation and team player
• Excellent interpersonal/ written and oral communication skills in English.
• Location : Ansan
