담당업무
•Intimately familiar with ECP specialty product portfolio as well as technology capabilities, develop in-depth understanding on value preposition of ECP specialty products in tailored material applications.
•Closely work with marketing and sales team, leveraging P&IP's global technical competency centers, support key tailored material growth initiatives in Korea
•Drive for new business development in white space (instigation work) based on solid understanding of market needs, in close collaboration with the global/regional technical team and/or external partners
•Follow the differential management business strategy and practice, provide technical support to key Korean tailored material customers in effective way
•Develop & implement training courses to internal sales and marketing team as well as external customers
•Interaction with other SBUs, key industry association to support instigation initiatives
경력 및 자격요건
Education:
•Master degree in polymer sciences or polymer converting processing or chemical engineering or an appropriate related discipline
Experience Required:
•More than 5 years of working experience in polymer converting industry, e.g. compounding, injection molding, profile extrusion, etc. is preferred
•MBA or experience in R&D preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Able to create/share integrated picture of technology options, in order to drive the team’s innovative new application development efforts
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills are essential, demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
•Excellent problem solving skills
•Results oriented with commitment on execution
•Good command of oral and written English
