Sales of products and systems within the three system
groups (2818, 2875 and 2877)
Coordinate activities with the local ABB organization and
sales organizations of leading factories
Influence decisions that have major impact on region’s sales,
market share, and financial results.
Advises customers, including senior management, on ABB’s
capabilities, technology, and applications for products and
systems.
Work with customers and ABB experts to resolve complex
technical and business issues.
Make country wise plans how to increase business
opportunities.
Establish, build and maintain long-term customer
relationships to increase market penetration and decrease
Company risks.
Take an active role in business development, for his/her
territory.
Engage in and leverage relationships, both internally and
externally, to promote mutually beneficial partnerships
Forecast, track, report and manage country wise objectives
to ensure results are achieved
경력 및 자격요건
Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in electro-engineering,
automation or related technical field. Minimum 5 years of
experience in engineering, protection or automation
system, additionally sales and marketing experience is
necessary.
Basic knowledge of SCADA systems necessary
Extrovert person with exceptional communications skills.
Ability to discuss technical solutions with the customer.
Strong planning skills that exhibit in-depth understanding
of company’s technical and commercial strengths and
relationships with markets.
Adept negotiation and leadership skills to successfully
overcome objections and close sales
Aptitude to proactively identify opportunities and/or
eliminate threats of major impact on organization’s sales,
objectives and customer relations.
Education:
- B.S. or above, electric engineering preference
Job experience & knowledge:
- Basic Technical knowledge about Protection & Substation Automation
- EPC Sales experience or similar
- Communication in English
