-Support a strategic business plan and prepare annual cost budget by account by cost center to roll up at consolidated level
- Identify planning quantities/sales target/overhead costs and allocate by brand for the fiscal year
- Support Long Range Plan to achieve company strategic goal in long term view
- Frequent communication with business function to drive strategy forward and achieve target planned
- Support and follow up and complete standard reporting tools for regional/corporate report
- Periodic forecasting and concrete gap analysis compared to actual result to meet bottom line finalized
- Review and monitor monthly/quarterly forecast with gap analysis based on actual result to be in realistic approach
- Project rolling cash flow monthly basis compared to plan/actual result
- Prepare ad hoc analysis, work on special project required by regi

1. A minimum of 6~7 years previous financial planning experience is preferred
2. Understanding of retail and consumer business with department stores/Experience of Fashion industry is preferred
3.Good English skill (both written and oral) to directly communicate with Corp finance
4. Posses excellent computer and analytical skills 5. Ability to drive adherence to tight deadlines 6. Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and US GAAP
