경력 및 자격요건
-.French National preferred or other European National
-.Asian experience a must – especially North Asia; Korean experience would be ideal
-.Executive Sous Chef in a small to medium size 5 star hotel or Chef de cuisine in a large 5 star hotel for at least 2-3 years
-.Must have a Modern French Fine dining background and experience with a variety of western cuisines
-.Proven level of creativity & innovation
-.A high level of both written and verbal English is a must
-.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
-.Strong character with impact & influence – ability to implement change & innovatio
-.Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
-.Will dedicated a minimum of 40% his schedule in managing Table 34. (French restaurant)
