- University graduate of Chemical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 ~ 5 years experience in Engineering plastics development
- Abilty to understand and interpret customers’ requirements
- General technical understanding of injection molding
- Good knowledge and experience of Engineering plastic application
- Good in both verbal and writen English communication
