•Develop specific annual business development and sales plans and strategies for the region.
•Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure that all needs relative to our brand alkylation equipment aftermarket service are met. Address customer requests for technical service and replacement mechanical equipment. This position will have access to technical support through the Clean Technologies fulfillment organization but will also be expected to develop solutions within their level of competency.
•Review customer specifications, requests, and general inquiries. Work with the Mechanical Engineering Group to develop detailed technical proposals for aftermarket alkylation equipment. Ensure that proposals are prepared and submitted per customer request. Influence pricing strategy for customers within their region.
•Interface with refinery process and operations personnel and develop key relationships that will drive equipment sales.
경력 및 자격요건
Education:
•Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required:
•Minimum 10 years experience in the refining or petrochemical industries with a working knowledge of rotating equipment and pressure vessels and experience in sales or customer interfacing roles.
•Project management, supplier interaction, and equipment design, fabrication, and quality assurance experience are desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Fluency in Korean and English is required
•Excellent written and oral communication skills and have the ability to function with little oversight and direction.
•Proven track record including strong customer relationship development, sales skills, and ability to meet or exceed business objectives.
