 Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
 Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported
 Supervise Training team.

 Coordinating advertising & PR. - copywriting, designing, and oversee layouts, production of promotional materials.
 Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
 Monthly/weekly progress report of sales & planning.

- Fluently bilingual in English and Korean(both oral and written)
- Experience in cosmetic 5-8+ years preferred
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- BA or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience required
