Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspect of import shipments
- Process/confirm necessary paperwork with utmost detail
- Prompt correspondence to customers
- Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management

Qualification:
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (minimum 1 year/preferred 3 years)
- Intermediate to advance level of MS Office required
- Excellent customer service/people skills
- Bilingual Preferred (Korean)
- Able to multi-task
