• Lead closed loop mechanical recycling projects
• Build process and logistics with cross-functional teams within respective poles (Sourcing, EHS, MFG, etc)
• Portfolio Management – product positioning & overall strategy including pricing

-. Over 10 years of product/project management and commercial experiences
-. Capable of leading cross-function teams efficiently and deal with conflict effectively Prior marketing experience in segmentation, positioning and strategy is a plus
-. Strong understanding of engineering thermoplastics & compounding
-. Demonstrated presentation skills with senior management both internally & externally
-. Recycling project experienced (must)
