This position is to support the Microelectronic businesses related to FPD(Flat Panel Display). This position coordinates both direct and agent sales activities within a specific territory to develop business from a global perspective and position the compny as the primary supplier to the Microelectronic industries.
1. Work with marketing/Distributors & Application Engineers (if applicable) to formulate territory plan.
2. Implement territory and account strategies to effectively promote and sell the products.
3. Collect market intelligence on competitions & market trends.
4. Identify and satisfy customer requirements by communicating the value of the products.
5. Establish strong business relationships with our distributors and key customers.
6. Provide technical sales supports to distributors and customers.
7. Develop, train, manage and motivate our distribution channel on the products and services.
경력 및 자격요건
- 영어 능력 무관
- Education:BS/MS degree in Chemistry or materials Engineering
Minimum 7 years experience in FPD industries with Sales or Engineering.
FPD manufacturing process(wet etching, lithography etc.)
- Preferred : Experience in FPD manufacturing process(wet etching, lithography etc.)
- Skills/Competencies: Strong technical product knowledge. Solution Selling, Negotiations skills, Managing Major accounts, Project Management.
- Other Skills:Excellent communication skills, including good spoken and written language(s), negotiation, presentation & reports writing skills.
Good business acumen with Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
Maturity. Able to handle/motivate/work with customers.
Able to work with internal customers (Supervisor, Marketing, Customer Service). Also a team player.
