담당업무
•Leading day-to-day payroll administration, including semi-monthly payroll processing, collecting time cards, and acting as initial degree of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll.
•Keep monitoring and follow up with employee’s timesheet on the ADP system
•Update, maintain and f/up employee’s benefits (401k, insurance, COBRA, vacation)
•Support with payroll
•Prepare Labor costs, headcount, Benefits and other reports as assigned
•Effectively coordinates the selection and recruitment process with the hiring managers and human resources staff. Includes posting jobs internally and externally, conducting telephone screens, personal interviews, selection, and negotiating wage rates
•Manage, coordinate and conduct new hire orientations
•Responsible for the accurate data entry of new hire employee information into ERP, ADP and HRIS database
•Manage and update HRIS
•Produce and update employee active, termination, and leave of absence rosters
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor's Degree required with at least 1 year HR related work experience in a professional office
• Good communication skills to be able to interact with employees
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with Oracle
• Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
• Bilingual (Korean & English) a plus
• Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
• Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
