• Marketing/Field Connection
- Develop relationships with leaders (sales, ops, ...)
- Address issues related to offerings, competitiveness, strategy
- Liase with functions on strategy and tactics & provide region-specific market intelligence and feedback
• Execution of STRAP initiatives within the region
• Client support for RGM and leadership team
• Achieve orders, margin, service and expenditure targets

• B.A. business, marketing, engineering, or associated majors (MBA preferred)
• Business/industry knowledge (about 3 years experience in solutions and service based business)
• Field marketing management and strategy development (strategy development preferred)
• Team management experience
